Metric West Development Solutions develops and operates Case-Flo Pro and Statiscribe. We engineer the products, host the platforms, and take on Business Associate responsibilities so behavioral health agencies can run care workflows and protected messaging without building infrastructure from scratch. Case-Flo Pro
Case-Flo Pro is a clinical operations application for behavioral health teams. Clinicians manage caseloads, write notes, and work through assessments and plans (including FBA and BSP), quarterly reporting, and guardian or agency approvals. Agency administrators get team setup, client assignment, oversight dashboards, and a dedicated compliance workspace.
The platform is customizable based on agency needs — so documentation flows, roles, and approval processes can match how your organization actually delivers care.
Agencies log into Case-Flo Pro on its own domain. This Metric West site does not host clinical data or app login. Screenshots below are from the shared demo sandbox (synthetic data only).

Secure messaging
Statiscribe
Statiscribe is a HIPAA-compliant messaging portal for clinicians and practices. You compose protected messages in a private inbox; recipients get a normal email notice with a link — no clinical details in the subject or body — then open the message with a one-time email code. Guests can read and reply in the portal without creating an account.
Built for real clinical workflows: attachments, optional AI polish, inbound ReceiveSafe links, message recall and expiration, and practice branding on higher plans. PHI stays inside Statiscribe, not in ordinary email.
Statiscribe is a separate product with its own site and login. This Metric West page is company information only — it does not host messages or clinical data.
