What we do

Metric West Development Solutions is the developer and operator of Case-Flo Pro. We engineer the product, host the platform, and take on Business Associate responsibilities so behavioral health agencies can run care workflows without building infrastructure from scratch. Configuration and workflows can be customized to fit each agency’s needs — from team structure and documentation practices to compliance and approval processes.

Case-Flo Pro

Case-Flo Pro is a clinical operations application for behavioral health teams. Clinicians manage caseloads, write notes, and work through assessments and plans (including FBA and BSP), quarterly reporting, and guardian or agency approvals. Agency administrators get team setup, client assignment, oversight dashboards, and a dedicated compliance workspace.

The platform is customizable based on agency needs — so documentation flows, roles, and approval processes can match how your organization actually delivers care.

Agencies log into Case-Flo Pro on its own domain. This Metric West site does not host clinical data or app login. Screenshots below are from the shared demo sandbox (synthetic data only).
